Job SummaryThis is a working laborer position, but does require some skill and experience. We have a high standard for all of our work. This person MUST be experienced in some aspect of remodel construction. Must be honest, reliable, punctual and have a clean drivers license.Responsibilities and DutiesThis person will report to job sites to perform the duties listed below. We primarily do remodels and each one is different. Occasionally, there will be several small jobs in one day. Must be able to work alone and/or supervise 1 person.Qualifications and SkillsRequired Experience:Drywall Taping and Texturing, Patch work, Paint MatchingOther experience preferred but not required:Custom Shower Tile InstallationDemo WorkElectrical -- finish (hanging light fixtures, fans, outlets, switches, etc.)Plumbing -- finish (install faucets, toilets, garbage disposal, etc.)Finish Carpentry (Doors, trim, baseboards etc.)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour
