Position: Learning Solutions Specialist for Consultative Sales & Program Management

Location: United States (Remote or Hybrid)

Department: Commercial (Partnerships, Consultative Sales & Sponsorship Development)


📌 Contract Structure

The contract will be based on:

  • Hours worked, reported and approved monthly.
  • KPIs and performance metrics, including outreach activity, demos completed, qualified leads generated, follow-ups, and partnerships advanced or closed.

Compensation will reflect both time invested and achievement of KPI goals, ensuring clarity, alignment, and shared accountability.

About the Role

We are seeking a Program & Sponsorships Development Lead to help build, strengthen, and scale O-Lab’s programs and partnerships across the United States.

This role blends program management, client success, business development, sponsorship outreach, and strategic relationship building. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys meeting partners and clients, and understands how learning and behavior work — ideally with a background in psychology, education, training, or learning design.


The Lead will connect with companies, foundations, nonprofits, and academic institutions to expand O-Lab’s impact and ensure successful delivery of programs and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership & Sponsorship DevelopmentIdentify, engage, and nurture relationships with corporations, foundations, CSR teams, and philanthropic partners.
  • Lead outreach for sponsorships, program funding, and strategic collaborations.
  • Represent O-Lab in meetings, events, conferences, and virtual engagements.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, decks, and pitches.


Program Management

  • Oversee the lifecycle of O-Lab programs, from onboarding to implementation and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, tech, operations) to ensure programs run smoothly.
  • Collect partner feedback and ensure improvements and high satisfaction.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client Success & EngagementBuild strong, trust-based relationships with partner organizations.
  • Conduct demos, webinars, trainings, and presentations for current and potential partners.
  • Ensure successful adoption and use of O-Lab’s AI-powered learning tools.
  • Track impact metrics, renewal opportunities, and partnership growth.


Sales & Business Development

  • Support consultative sales conversations with potential U.S. clients.
  • Identify learning needs and recommend the right O-Lab solutions.
  • Collaborate on pricing, proposals, and long-term partnership strategies.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Psychology, Education, Learning Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in program management, partnerships, customer success, corporate training, or business development.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities — comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with or selling to corporate, academic, or philanthropic partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of learning, workforce development, or talent pipelines is a plus.
  • Passion for education, technology, and social impact.
  • English fluency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
