Summary: Takes care of all the information for the pullet and breeder farms by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Balances egg tickets and feed tickets.
- Files all grower documents.
- Answers growers' questions.
- Performs payroll for the breeder and pullets farms.
- Runs monthly reports.
- Performs inter-company invoicing.
- Performs month-end Agristats and month-end reports for upper management.
- Processes grower Accounts Receivable deductions.
Supervisory Responsibilities:This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
