Experience in mass torts, class actions and professional liability defense (skilled care facilities, hotels/motels, lawyers, architects and engineers, sports teams) is a plus.

- This role requires legal research, drafting of pleadings motions and other documents, taking and defending depositions, representing clients in mediation, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance.
- Experience with both state and federal courts preferred, as well as state and federal administrative agencies.
- This position also requires the ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues in an effective manner.
- This position will require some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions.

- Admission to the state bar of Delaware is required. Admission to Ohio plus.
