- 3 years of experience representing directors and officers of Not-For-Profit Corporations, including Condominium and Homeowner Associations.
- Experience defending claims based on professional negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, discrimination and harassment, breach of contract, general negligence and other tort claims.
- Experience negotiating resolutions of disputes between owners and boards of directors.
- Familiarity with Community Association governing documents (Declarations, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations), as well as the Illinois statutes pertaining to them.
- Bar admission in the State of Illinois.
