Positions:
8th Grade Girls Basketball Coach
Responsibilities:
- Promote the mission of Bishop O†Gorman Catholic Schools
- Assists in the direction and coordination of interscholastic athletics in their school
- Operates within the policies of the Metro Conferences and the SDHSAA
- Supervises dressing rooms and playing area during and following periods of team participation
- Remains with students and supervises when traveling to away games
- Maintains a staff relationship with other coaches
- Perform various duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Education (preferred)
- Exhibit the core values of Bishop O†Gorman Catholic Schools: Faith, Unity, Excellence, and Integrity
- Required training courses
- High School coaching experience desired
- Hand-eye/mind-eye coordination, physical dexterity, the ability to bend, stoop, walk, talk, and sit
- The ability to travel between locations
