Schedule/Location:
O†Gorman High School
Responsibilities:
- Promote the mission of Bishop O†Gorman Catholic Schools
- Keep buildings and grounds in a clean and sanitary condition. Clean up daily pickup of trash and debris.
- Clean and/or mop floors daily, disinfect bathrooms and drinking fountains
- Clean and disinfect classrooms
- Set up and take down equipment/chairs, etc. for all events at/related to the school
- Clean snow from sidewalks, as needed
- When applicable, open and lock the school buildings
- Promote a positive public image to students, staff and community through cooperation and attitude
- Shampoo Carpets (usually in the summer)
- Painting (as needed in summer)
- Annual floor care (e.g. stripping/waxing)

- Self-starter, high energy
- Attention to detail, dependable, and trustworthy
- Knowledge and skills in cleaning supplies and equipment, inventory control and time management
- Understand how role relates to the “whole picture” and Bishop O†Gorman Catholic Schools Mission
- Ability to climb ladders, lift at least 50-80 lbs., and operate heavy machinery

Physical Demands:
- Ability to work daytime hours, primarily Monday-Friday
- Clarity of vision
- Ability to speak English clearly
- Ability to hear and distinguish sounds, including speech, alarms and other work environment sounds
- Fine hand motor skills to include and not limited to keyboarding, writing, grasping, holding, and repetitive motion
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, and walk through work day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly
- Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to intermittently bend, squat, and reach overhead
