Family Law Attorney (remote or hybrid available) - min 3 yrs experience

We are seeking an Attorney (3 years experience) to join our Chicagoland team and handle family law matters, with additional opportunities in civil litigation, probate, guardianship and/or criminal defense depending on your background.

This is can be a remote, hybrid, or in-office position at the attorney's option, with regular court appearances in DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a caseload focused on family law
• Potentially support or handle additional matters in civil litigation, probate or criminal defense depending on your experience
• Attend court in DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties
• Work closely with in-office staff and attorneys
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support

Who We’re Looking For

• 3 years of experience in family law
• Experience in at least one additional area (family law, civil litigation, or criminal defense) is a plus
• Licensed in Illinois
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000 – $150,000 base salary, based on experience and production
• Compensation tied to your chosen billable target
