We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an Attorney (3 years experience) to handle criminal defense, family law, and/or civil litigation matters in Iowa.
This is a primarily remote position, with in-person court appearances as needed in your local area (Des Moines, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, or nearby courts).

- Licensed in Iowa (or pending admission)
- Able to manage cases with support and increasing independence
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- $100,000 – $150,000 base salary, based on experience and production
- Compensation tied to your chosen billable target
- 10% origination bonus on collected revenue
