Job Description
O'Flaherty Law is a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney (3 years) to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters in Bloomington, Illinois, and the surrounding Central Illinois area.
This is a primarily remote position. You'll work from home, with in-person court appearances approximately 2–3 times per week.
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000–$150,000 base salary, depending on experience and production

What You'll Do
- Handle family law and/or civil litigation matters based on your experience
- Attend court hearings in Bloomington and surrounding Central Illinois courts approximately 2–3 times per week
- Manage your caseload with support from paralegals and senior attorneys
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Take on increasing responsibility as you grow within the firm
Qualifications
- Illinois law license in good standing
- Three or more years of litigation experience preferred
- Experience in family law and/or civil litigation preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a supportive legal team
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to client service
