What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Ticketing position at O'Fallon Hoots?
The O’Fallon Baseball Group — operators of CarShield Field, the O’Fallon Hoots of the Prospect League, and the 1st Phorm Collegiate League — is seeking a Director of Ticketing to lead all ticket sales and box office operations for the 2026 season and beyond. We operate a 3,000-seat facility in one of the fastest-growing communities in the St. Louis region and are searching for a dynamic, outgoing sales professional eager to elevate our ticketing strategy and fan experience.
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong sales instincts, a passion for live sports and entertainment, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the General Manager

Solicit and close sales for:
- Group outings
- Season tickets
- Mini plans
- Single-game ticket packages
- Hospitality and premium seating options
- Oversee all box office operations and ticketing staff
- Serve as primary contact with TicketReturn to ensure all ticketed events are properly built, managed, and displayed online
- Develop theme tickets, promotional nights, and new ticket plan offerings to drive individual and group sales
- Hire, train, and mentor ticketing interns for Fall, Spring, and Summer terms
- Provide exceptional customer service and fan support throughout the ticketing process Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Ambitious, driven, and outgoing individual ready to join a first-class team

- Customer-service-first approach in all interactions
- 1–3 years of ticket sales experience preferred Prior experience with ticketing software (TicketReturn a plus, but not required)
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience and includes a commission structure on all cash sales.
