Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, focusing on varicose vein treatments. The ideal candidate will have experience in vascular and/or aesthetic care, a passion for patient education, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal treatment outcomes. This position has a requirement of being able to work from of both our Annapolis and Easton offices as needed, with expected travel between each office weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical history reviews, to evaluate treatment needs for venous insufficiency.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient, discussing benefits, risks, and post-treatment care.
• Provide pre-treatment consultations, educate patients on treatment options, and ensure informed consent is obtained.
• Monitor patient progress, manage any side effects, and adjust treatments as necessary for optimal results.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and the rest of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with medical, legal, and ethical standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, medical advancements, and best practices related to varicose vein treatments.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Maryland.
• 4 years of clinical experience
• Strong customer service skills & patient focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate patients and work collaboratively with a healthcare team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Responsible use of confidential information

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with endovenous ablations, sclerotherapy, or other vein-related treatments.
• Aesthetic certification or additional training in non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and previous experience using electronic medical record software
