As a Project Coordinator Clerk, you play a key role in the success of OSC projects. You create and maintain project documentation such as contracts, weekly meeting packets, and certificates of insurance. By communicating with all members of the project team, you help drive the projects to the finish line. You will need to prioritize tasks and deadlines and enjoy communicating with people from all sides of the project (clients, architects, subcontractors).

- Printing and Laminating Job Site Signage
- Basic Data Entry
- Entering Delivery Dates Into Procore
- Entering Required Onsite Dates Into Procore
- Create Project in Procore
- Creating Project Directories
- Assist Project Coordinator With Maintaining Procore Documents
- Printing, Folding, & Distributing Meeting Packets
- Project Closeout
- Collect Closeout Documents from Subcontractors
- Printing Binders
- Creating Electronic Copies and Labeling for distribution
- Making Phone Calls to Track Down:
- Submittals
- Material Delivery Dates
- Subcontracts
- Closeout Documents
- Bids
- Reception Desk Backup
- Packaging Submittals for Courier Delivery to Architect
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Salary : $21 - $23
