Delivery Driver

O’Darby’s Liquor Barn is a retailer of Fine Wine, Spirits, and Craft Beer located in Rock Hill, Landrum, and Taylors, SC. This position is for our 1740 Heckle Blvd location primarily, but there may be an occasion where you will be asked to work at 1 of our other Rock Hill locations.

Job responsibilities are not limited to but will include:

• Taking orders over the phone for “on-premise” alcohol consumption accounts.
• Building and verifying accuracy of these orders
• Delivery of these Beer, Wine, and Spirit orders to our local accounts
• Pulling bottles from backstock for shelf restocking and inter-store bottle transfers
• Delivering these product transfers using our transfer trucks to our other Rock Hill locations and upstate locations (as needed)
• Operating a cash register for retail transactions when delivery driving work is completed
• Working on our retail sales floor as needed
• Aid in maintaining a clean, customer friendly environment in the store

Experience, Education, & Skills required include:

• Previous Point of Sale/Retail experience is helpful.
• The position requires constant standing and walking with occasional stooping, reaching, kneeling and crouching/squatting. Frequent or occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 20 – 50 pounds is required.
• Attention to detail is a must
• Desire to be part of a performance-driven team
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Must be willing to take a drug test and have a valid Driver’s License.
