O-Daddy’s Sandwiches is a fast-growing, fast-casual restaurant concept serving up hot, brick-oven sandwiches, colossal loaded baked potatoes, and ice-cold tea. We take pride in our bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and energetic atmosphere. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our locations and help us grow.

Job Summary

As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead and train staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for hitting operational goals, maintaining quality standards, and creating a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and daily cash handling
• Drive sales through great service and local store marketing
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
• Monitor and control labor and food costs
• Report directly to ownership and communicate performance metrics

Qualifications

• 1 years of restaurant management experience preferred but not required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer and POS systems
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
