We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, dependable, great with people, and ready to take on more responsibility.

O-Daddy’s Sandwiches is a growing fast-casual restaurant brand serving brick-oven sandwiches, colossal loaded baked potatoes, and ice-cold tea.

This position will work and train at our Guymon, Oklahoma location. You’ll receive hands-on coaching while learning how to successfully lead the team and manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team
• Hire, train, coach, and develop employees
• Create schedules and manage staffing
• Oversee front-of-house and kitchen operations
• Deliver exceptional guest service
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food-safety standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, deposits, and cash procedures
• Monitor labor and food costs
• Review restaurant performance and identify areas for improvement
• Handle guest concerns professionally
• Help drive sales and local-store marketing
• Maintain a positive, organized, high-energy work environment

Who We’re Looking For

Restaurant management experience is preferred, but not required.

Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
