O’Cull Electric, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dependable On-Site Project Foreman to oversee a commercial electrical project in Bunnell, Florida. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and plan task for on-site electricians and apprentices (3-8 electricians/helpers).
- Coordinate daily/weekly work activities, ensuring productivity and adherence to project schedules.
- Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Ensure all installations meet NEC, local codes, and company quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and provide practical solutions to ensure the above.
- Maintain communication with project managers, contractors, and site personnel.
- Enforce safety policies and standard employment requirements.
- Manage materials, tools, equipment usage, and daily/weekly reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the commercial electrical field.
- At least 3 years of proven leadership experience as a Foreman, Lead Electrician, or similar supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, installation methods, and code compliance.
- Ability to manage 3-8 electricians on your project.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and technical documents.
- Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must meet all standard employment requirements, including eligibility to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-phase commercial projects.
- Proficiency with digital reporting tools, construction software, or project tracking apps.
