Position Overview
This is not an entry-level “helper” role. We are looking for a Low Voltage Technician with 1–2 years of real field experience who understands the fundamentals and wants to continue developing their skills.

Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling (Cat6, fiber, etc.)
- Assist with installation of access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems
- Mount devices, route cabling, and maintain clean, professional installations
- Read and interpret basic prints, risers, and device layouts
- Perform basic troubleshooting and system testing
- Maintain organized job sites and uphold company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and project leadership
Qualifications (Required)
- 1–2 years of hands-on low voltage or related field experience
- Working knowledge of structured cabling and device installation
- Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills (Highly Valued)
- Experience with fire alarm systems (installation, wiring, or device work)
- Familiarity with access control or video surveillance systems
- Experience reading construction drawings beyond basic layouts
- Understanding of jobsite safety and professional conduct
