- Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Monitor inventory control to maintain stock levels, reduce waste, and support food safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen management to synchronize food preparation with service delivery, especially in casual dining or quick-service environments
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures across all front-of-house operations
- Assist in budgeting, cost control measures, and overall restaurant management to maximize profitability
- Support catering, banquet events, or bar services as needed to enhance guest experiences
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment with supervising responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety practices, and food industry standards
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction accuracy
- Strong background in customer service excellence within casual dining or fine dining settings
