O’Connor Family Law (OCFL) is seeking 1-2 highly skilled, emotionally intelligent, and operationally disciplined family law attorneys to serve as a Supervising Partner within our growing family law firm with offices in Westborough and Hanover, Massachusetts.
This role is designed for attorneys who are strong legal strategists, natural mentors, calm under pressure, highly accountable, and capable of helping to build and scale a premium family law division.
The Supervising Partner will serve as the primary legal supervision and attorney development layer within the firm. The role bridges the gap between production and executive leadership while helping to create a scalable legal infrastructure that protects client experience, legal quality, profitability, and operational consistency.
This is not an ownership position, but it is a leadership position that comes with substantial influence, compensation upside, and long-term advancement opportunity. The compensation structure includes base salary and performance-based incentives for leadership, origination, and collections.
