Pool Service Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Pool Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of pool plumbing, installation, equipment troubleshooting, and system programming. This position offers full-time, year-round work with opportunities for growth within a reputable company.

Duties

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial pool systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing, and automation systems
• Service and program pool equipment including Jandy and Hayward systems
• Conduct regular pool cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing as needed
• Diagnose leaks, plumbing failures, and electrical issues related to pool systems
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to management and clients
• Ensure all work is performed safely and to company and manufacturer standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pool service, plumbing, or equipment installation
• Strong familiarity with Jandy and Hayward pool systems, automation, and programming
• Solid understanding of pool plumbing and hydraulics
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex system issues independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors year-round
