Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and cash handling with precision
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously through effective time management during busy shifts
- Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed, ensuring smooth service flow
- Monitor guest behavior responsibly and enforce age restrictions and responsible alcohol service policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding liquor laws
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Basic understanding of retail math, cash handling, and food industry operations is preferred
