Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Front Counter Associate to join our team in Pittsburg, KS. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Service Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience, manage shop workflow, and handle parts ordering and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relations & Sales: Warmly greet incoming customers, assist with appointment scheduling and service selection, and provide reliable sales support as needed.
- Parts Sourcing & Management: Locate, negotiate pricing for, and order parts required for approved repair jobs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Workflow & Logistics: Assist with shop workflow coordination, including managing vehicle pickups and drop-offs for customers.
- Administrative Support: Complete client closeouts, handle payment processing, manage paperwork filing, and maintain an organized front counter area.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of automotive parts or shop operations is preferred, but a strong eagerness to learn is essential.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
