Make-Ready Technician / General Carpenter

About the role
We’re hiring make-ready technicians and general carpenters for large apartment community projects on the West Bank of New Orleans. You’ll help prepare and rehabilitate apartments and support construction work across the community.
What we’re looking for
- Some experience with apartment make-ready, property rehabilitation, or general construction
- Skills in painting, sheetrock, and small-scale plumbing
- A dependable, hands-on approach and ability to work as part of a team
