Dietary Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Cooking
- Purchasing
- Scheduling
- Documentation
- Quality assurance
- Inventory control
Dietary Supervisor Qualifications:
- Have experience in long term care and an industrial kitchen.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Level 2 ServSafe
- Will consider CDM certified.
