REQUIREMENTS:
- QUALIA real estate software Preferred, but experience with any RE software a must.
- At least 1-2 years of real estate preclosing and/or post closing experience.
- Able to market our RE brand, self starter for small RE department, and people person a must!
Job Description:
- Processing residential closing transactions from start to closing table, working closely with Buyers, Sellers, Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Lenders, etc.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, lenders, and realtors in person and over the telephone.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Review of purchase agreements with attention to critical dates and closing conditions.
- Review and preparation of closing statements and closing documents, receive and organize lender documents, coordinate closings with clients, and balance with lenders
- Monitor and manage all aspects of complex real estate transactions including loan closings and supporting attorney as needed.
- Examination of title to determine status, liens and to establish chain of title; draft initial title opinion.Qualifications:
- MS Notary
- Self starter for small RE department, motivated to grow RE, people-oriented a must.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate closer/ legal assistant /paralegal (preferred)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be proficient in QUALIA or similar software(Qualia PREFERRED)
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Working knowledge of legal documents and how they affect title to real property
- Must be able to process files from start of contract until post-closing(Attorney does all closing ceremonies)
- Ability to accurately prepare CDs, ALTAs, and to balance with lenders.
- Excellent prioritizing and multitasking skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
