🔧 What You'll Do
As a Parts Counter Specialist, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service department running smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
💬 Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts requests
📞 Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and product information over the phone and in person
📦 Process special orders and emergency requests quickly and efficiently
🚚 Pull, tag, stage, and track parts for delivery and repair orders
🔍 Monitor inventory levels, backorders, and stock organization
🧾 Process retail sales transactions and invoices
🔧 Manage technician tool check-in/check-out procedures
🧼 Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
📚 Participate in ongoing product and manufacturer training
🤝 Support teammates and contribute to a positive workplace culture
✅ What We're Looking For
- Valid Illinois Driver's License
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay positive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Automotive parts experience is preferred, but not required
- A willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a team

- Ability to stand and move throughout the workday
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and inventory systems
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
