Woodhull Medical Center, an affiliate of NYU Grossman School of Medicine, is seeking a part-time (0.2 FTE) Urologist to join its growing clinical team in Brooklyn, New York. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative academic environment dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care to a diverse urban population.
Position Highlights- Provide comprehensive urologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of urologic conditions.
- Perform urologic procedures and surgeries, as appropriate.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Participate in the education and mentorship of medical students, residents, and other trainees, as applicable.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and departmental activities.
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
- Eligible for or currently licensed to practice medicine in New York State.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in clinical care and teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
- Annual Base Salary: $72,400 (0.2 FTE)
- Participation in 403(b) and 457 retirement plans, including a 10% employer contribution with no employee match required
- Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement of $3,000-$3,500, plus one week of paid CME leave
- Opportunity to earn annual incentive payments of up to $30,000, contingent upon meeting productivity and compliance metrics
- Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and recognized holidays (in accordance with institutional policy)
