We are currently seeking skilled and reliable HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic HVAC knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

- The Job- Serve your neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners’ HVAC systems.
- Serve Gladly - Take care of the customer by keeping them informed of the work you are doing, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished.
- Problem Solve Skillfully - Diagnose HVAC failures and successfully repair them with customer approval.
- Work Dependably - Keep company vehicle clean, well-maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency.
- Communicate Effectively - Educate the customer on the work that was completed, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
- Learn to serve your neighbors and community by successfully troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing homeowners’ HVAC systems.
- Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance

- Ability to work weekends and evenings on rotating basis

- Organizational skills, able to maintain a clean, stocked and inventoried service van
- Punctual
- Must pass national background check and drug screening
- Valid Driver's license with good driving record.
- EPA certification
