Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT) to join our team at Nystrom & Associates. As a DBT Clinician, you will work alongside a team of experienced therapists to provide high-quality treatment and interventions for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement treatment plans reflective of patient needs
- Participate in DBT Consultation team and attend monthly trainings
- Complete mental health diagnostic assessments on new patients
- Provide ongoing therapy sessions with patients
- Help lead weekly DBT Groups
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Coordinate care and collaborate with other professionals

Requirements:
- Mental Health Professional licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LP)
- Unrestricted license
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy experience preferred but not required
