What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook (Hourly) position at NYS Office of Children and Family Services?
Duties Description
Prepare and cook a variety of foods including soups, sauces, meats, fish, vegetables, baked goods, etc.
Supervise kitchen staff in the storage, preparation, cooking and dispensing of food.
Clean and sanitize kitchen facilities, utensils and equipment.
Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in large-scale cooking.
