Utilize your inpatient experience to provide a variety of psychosocial services, coordinate discharge planning and continuum of care for patients and families from across the world. This is a day‑shift, Monday–Friday position, covering 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating weekend and holiday coverage at NewYork-Presbyterian/Westchester Hospital in Bronxville, located directly across from the Metro‑North station. Preferred Criteria At least one year of inpatient Medical/Surgical experience Discharge Planning experience.
