The Financial Analyst serves as a key resource within the Budget Department, supporting accurate financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation activities. This role requires strong proficiency in budgeting systems, monthend close processes, and Excel-based analysis. The Financial Analyst works collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including hospital operations, while maintaining responsibility for data accuracy, problem-solving, and transaction validation under general supervision.
Required Criteria
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of budget procedures
Knowledge of third party cost reports
Preferred Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
- Strong financial analysis and data validation skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy
