What You’ll Do
As an Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist, you will support preschool-aged children with speech and language needs in natural learning environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for children ages 3–5
- Provide individualized speech therapy services in homes, preschools, daycares, and EI classrooms
- Develop and implement intervention plans aligned with IEP goals
- Support communication development, social interaction, and school readiness skills
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Complete documentation, progress monitoring, and report writing
- Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each child’s developmental needs

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university recognized by ASHA and the state board
- Current state licensure and/or registration as applicable
- Pennsylvania Department of Education certification if applicable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting young children and families
