Responsibilities
- Assessment
- Adaptations and equipment management
- Use of best practices to improve students’ motion and mobility
- Develop IEP goals and objectives
- Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to students’ specific needs
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based therapy
- Consult and collaborate with school team members
- Document therapy sessions and progress monitoring
- FREE access to assessment tools, mobile hardware, and therapy materials
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or eligibility for certification
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist
