Position Summary
The Billing Clerk (Entry-Level) supports the financial operations of our organization by assisting with accurate, timely, and compliant billing practices. This role helps prepare and process invoices, maintain billing records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with Excel, and eager to learn about billing and accounting processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in preparing, generating, and processing invoices in compliance with contractual requirements

Review service logs and supporting documentation to ensure accurate billing

Enter and maintain billing data in financial systems with attention to accuracy

Use Excel and other financial tools to track and organize billing information

Help monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances

Support monthly close activities and assist with audits

Respond professionally to billing inquiries from internal teams and external partners

Maintain organized records in accordance with organizational policies
Required Qualifications

Some experience with billing, accounting, or administrative tasks (can be from school, internships, or prior roles)
