Residential Remodeling Carpenter / Laborer

Hiring: Carpenters & Laborers — Residential Remodeling / House Flipping

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking carpenters and laborers to join our house-flipping/remodeling team.

We buy houses, renovate them, and turn them into quality homes. We’re looking for people who have experience in multiple areas of residential remodeling, but we’re also willing to train the right person who is motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your experience, you may work on:

• Framing and structural repairs
• Demo and tear-outs
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Interior and exterior painting
• Flooring installation
• Trim, doors, and finish carpentry
• Cabinet installation
• Siding and exterior repairs
• Decks, fences, and general exterior work
• General jobsite cleanup and material handling
• Assisting with all phases of residential renovations

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Carpenter:

• Strong residential remodeling experience
• Able to work independently and problem-solve
• Comfortable reading plans and taking measurements
• Quality-conscious and detail-oriented
• Experience with multiple trades is a major plus

Laborer / Entry-Level:

• No extensive experience required
• Willing to learn different aspects of residential construction
• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Takes direction well
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable with physical labor and working on your feet

The Ideal Candidate

We’re not necessarily looking for someone who knows everything. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn everything.

If you’re a well-rounded remodeler who can jump from framing to trim to drywall, great. If you’re newer to construction but are hardworking, dependable, and want to develop your skills, we’d like to hear from you.
