Leading Print Production Facility in the financial services technology space seeks production facility Supervisor with 2 years supervisory experience managing team of operators in a production environment or facility and 4 to 5 years experience working in a production environment, manufacturing facility or production warehouse – to oversees all labor on the Production floor ensuring the operation is running efficiently, take responsibility for signing off on all jobs – including material, media, and indicia verification and oversee all labor on the Production floor ensuring the operation is running efficiently. Must have experience doing staff performance reviews and supervising / managing production floor operations and people. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus (not required).

The role is 5 days a week onsite, in the Brentwood in Long Island, NY production facility.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required. Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus; OR 5 years experience working in a Production environment
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership / supervisory experience
- Must be able to lead courageously and develop associates to maximize their potential
- Strong PC/ systems skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand and work with budgets and analyze data to make operational decisions that improve productivity, efficiency and quality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal); must be able to effectively monitor operator performance and provide feedback to assigned staff and management
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be flexible to work overtime, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Proficient in English; Spanish communication skills a plus
Work hours are Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM; availability to work extra hours as needed, as well as some weekends and holidays, based on Production volume. This is an on-site role.
