Job Description
The Resource Manager is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting within Nyla Technology Solutions. You will focus on proactive candidate discovery and relationship building within the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC), ensuring a robust pipeline of cleared professionals. This is a fast-paced environment where your ability to creatively source passive candidates and build relationships will be critical to our success. This position is remote with a heavy amount of travel to DC/N. VA and MD. You will report to the Chief Experience Officer.
The annual base salary range for this role is $60,000-$100,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
Responsibilities include:
- Full life cycle recruitment of the talent acquisition process including, but not limited to, sourcing candidates, phone screens, candidate assessments, candidate tracking and status updates, interview feedback sessions and onboarding.
- Maintain the candidate pipeline through ongoing, targeted communication to stay in contact with potential candidates who have experience that aligns with current and future business requirements.
- Develop job description content that is thorough, appealing to candidates, and aligns with Nyla’s culture. Update descriptions and profile in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect overall requirements and desired skills.
- Drive the hiring process; actively engage with interviewers and subject matter experts, provide ongoing status of requisitions, advise and communicate throughout the hiring process, and close requisitions in a timely manner.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Nyla’s core capabilities, target market and sought-after candidate skills to function as a subject matter expert to the business
- Manage active candidates throughout the recruitment process through effective communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and present recruitment analytics to analyze recruitment data and use it in strategic ways
- Promote and support the Employee Referral Incentive Program
- Responsible for managing the full-cycle of communication with candidates and ensuring the end-to-end recruiting processes are fluid, easy to use, and respectful of candidates' time.
- Responsible for accuracy and organization within the applicant tracking system and other HR systems, as well as, compliance of federal employment laws and Nyla’s internal policies and procedures
- Attend local career fairs, networking and company events including working with technical staffto support targeted local staffing events such as a hiring happy hour.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Account Managers to understand specific role requirements and target sourcing efforts effectively.
- Map incoming candidates to open requisitions across various contracts and complete associated matrices in a well-written and and timely manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sourcing cleared talent.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing campaigns focusing on specific clearances, skills, or technologies.
- Maintaining an active presence on LInkedIn and having a Nyla branded approved LinkedIn profile. Comfort with having a digital presence. Letting people ‘see and know’ you digitally.
Required Skills
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, social media, networking events, clearance databases, etc.) to find talent and information needed to excel at the position
- Ability to work effectively remotely
- Comfort learning new tools and processes (both on the computer and mobile devices)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment where multitasking and prioritization is required
- All communication - email, text, phone - is well written, professional, and courteous
- Strong representative of company (understands benefits and culture)
- Comfort being self directed and prioritizing work appropriately
- Comfort in working with leadership when things are not clear
- Strong in all forms of communication - txt, email, direct messages, phone and video calls, direct messages
- Comfort with social media - both posting and engaging on multiple platforms
Desired Skills
- Understanding and experience within of the cleared DoD and IC market
- Previous full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience
