Compensation:$123,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted financial advisor
- Create customized financial plans for each client based on his or her life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs
- Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives
- Support clients’ progress toward their financial goals through strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations
- Serve as a collaborative team player willing to further development through continued training opportunities
- Collect and organize each client’s financial information using a CRM to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations.
- Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals.
- Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products.
- Create customized financial plans using the products and services we offer based on each client’s potential life and financial needs.
- Implement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek, and generate prospects with whom you can foster strong, long-term relationships as a reliable financial service professional.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or other related field
- Valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 preferred but not required
- Superior communication, relationship building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients
- Working knowledge of financial products, the financial industry, personal financial advisor or responsibilities, or financial planner roles is essential
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other tools strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate complicated concepts and maintain strong principles such as honesty and integrity.
- Strong relationship management skills and/or experience.
- Ability to successfully network to prospect new potential clients.
- Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
