As we transition, we’re extending a warm invitation to current therapists to join the Nye family! We are also seeking a dynamic, visionary Vice President of Therapy Operations to lead this transformation and shape the future of therapy services at Nye. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll drive operational excellence, elevate team and resident experiences, and lead with purpose during this pivotal transition and beyond.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspire & Lead: Guide therapy leaders across campuses to deliver high-impact care and achieve strategic goals.
- Champion the Mission: Foster a culture of innovation, compassion, and excellence aligned with Nye’s values.
- Elevate Experiences: Own the customer and team experience—gather insights, take action, and ensure our brand promise is fulfilled.
- Drive Results: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Grow the Business: Develop and execute strategies to expand therapy services and unlock new opportunities.
- Ensure Excellence: Oversee compliance, quality assurance, and risk management to maintain top-tier healthcare standards.
- Mentor & Develop: Cultivate future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and professional development.
- Represent & Advocate: Be a voice for Nye in external partnerships and industry forums.
What You Bring:
- Prior proven leadership in therapy operations within healthcare or senior living, minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong financial acumen and strategic growth mindset with demonstrated outcomes
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Exceptional communication, team-building, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related healthcare discipline (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
- Current state licensure in one or more therapy disciplines (PT, OT, SLP) strongly preferred.
