Pahrump, Amargosa Valley, Beatty
Funding Source: General Fund
Stipend Position: Based on Sport & Location
Job Goal
To provide each enrolled student of secondary school age an opportunity to participate in an extra-curricular athletic activity that will foster physical skills, a sense of worth and competence, and the principles of fair play.
Qualifications
Experience requirements:
Must be willing to work long hours and on weekends
Must be willing to work in a high-pressure environment
Must have CPR and First Aid Certification
Must complete NIAA and NCSD mandatory online training
Must work well with Administration, coaches, parents, staff, and community
Must pass a reference check, mandatory fingerprint background check, and drug and alcohol testing.
Working Conditions
Office or suitable workspace with desk, telephone, computer, and supplies necessary to carry out the functions of the position description.

- Head Varsity Coach: Previous coaching experience required; In the same sport preferred; Varsity coach experience preferred.
- Head Coach: Previous coaching experience required; In the same sport preferred;
- Assistant Varsity Coach: Previous coaching experience required; In the same sport preferred;
- Assistant Coach: Previous coaching experience preferred; In the same sport preferred.
