Position: One (1) Counselor
Funding Source: Grants Fund
Qualifications:
- Must have valid Nevada Counseling License
- Must have Valid Nevada driver license
- Must be competent and confident working with Infinite Campus and within the Learning Management System (LMS) software program Edgenuity (distance education software)
- Must have reliable internet/bandwidth to provide virtual real-time student assistance/tutoring and to manage student emails
- Ability to collect data and track progress
- CPR and First Aid certified, preferred
Job Description: Credit recovery courses via Distance Education platform and procedures open to all NCSD secondary students (7-12).
Salary Range: $41.70 per hour
General Information: 80 total hours (16 hours (prep), May 28-29 & June 26 & 29; 64 hours, June 1-25)
June 1-25, 2026 -8:00 AM12:00 PM, Monday-Thursday, plus June 30th (entering students from Pathways and the other schools into IC, ensuring grades post correctly,
cover all counseling duties; check emails and respond when needed [via email] to student, teacher, and parent queries four days per week)
Location: Pathways/Adult Education
