Responsibilities:
- Wash exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions
- Wax and buff vehicles using clothes and machines
- Vacuum inside of vehicle removing dirt and debris from all upholstery & surfaces
- Use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply preservation chemicals to surfaces for protection against spots and stains.
- Use of different dyes, cleaning and removing grease from engines and engine compartments.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must possess technical knowledge and skill in auto detailing.
- Attention to detail and meticulous cleaning for customer satisfaction.
- 2 years detailing experience preferred but not required.
- Buffing and touch up is a required skill.
- Must have the ability to effectively use and operate basic mechanical equipment.
- Good time management skills being able to work independently and efficiently.
- Use and comply with all safety rules in all aspects of the position
- Ability to take direction from the Department Manager.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate work functions.
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Must be able to be on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
- An applicant must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must have a valid and clean Driver’s License.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Details:
Job Type: Full-time Hourly
Pay: $16 - $18 per hour plus monthly bonus based on performance
Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm - 8 hour shift
Workweek: Monday thru Friday with possible 1-2 Saturdays per month
Work Location: In person
