Description
In this role, reporting directly to the Miner Repair Team Lead and based at our Tulsa, OK facility. You will be an integral member of the Mining Repair Team. The Quality Assurance will support NYDIG’s warehouse operations by ensuring that all materials, equipment, and inventory meet the company’s quality and safety standards. This position will be responsible for assisting with daily warehouse activities including material handling, inventory organization, and shipment verification. The role involves frequent physical activity, including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive functionality and performance testing on all repaired Bitcoin ASIC miners.
- Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials, verifying accuracy, condition, and documentation.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory, ensuring materials are properly labeled and stored.
- Load, unload, and move boxes and equipment using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company standards.
- Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
- Support warehouse operations including order picking, staging, and packing as needed.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist with warehouse audits.
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and ensure timely workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or quality assurance preferred.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks; forklift experience plus training and certification provided).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping.
- Ability to follow detailed test plans and procedures.
Preferred
- Experience in warehouse quality control or inspection.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance requirements in an industrial setting.
