Owners Rep Project Management Firm seeks New Team Member
The Project Manager will take full responsibility for project delivery, handling stakeholder and client management, financial oversight, technical oversight, and overall project leadership on primarily office / commercial interiors projects.
We require a minimum of 7 years in NYC Commercial Interiors Project Management
A minimum of 3 years as an Owners Rep
(we will consider strong PM candidates with architectural and construction backgrounds (both) who are strong communicators and very interested in an OR role)
We are open to both PM and SPM candidates.
Salary 140-175k for Project Manager, 165-190 for Senior Project Managers
Our client provides opportunities for incentive based bonuses for work brought in via referral / bd. They also allow for this role to be bonus eligible for performance.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k w/match, as well as 3 weeks PTO.
Our client does not have weekly WFH but they do allow 2 days / month WFH.
Location: Manhattan
Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
