The Human Resource Information Specialist develops and manages business intelligence solutions for human resources and the organization. They provide training and technical support for the division and the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
- Optimize HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
- Identify HR concerns and resolve application issues.
- Perform application upgrades.
- Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for HR information systems.
- Analyze HRIS performance metrics.
- Provide training and technical support.
- Document processes.
- Compile data analysis reports.
- Ensure efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.
- Stay current on technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 3 years as an HRIS analyst, HR systems administration, HR data analytics, or related technology experience.
- Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
- Experience in working and analyzing HR systems.
- Experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
- Preferred experience with Human Resources Information System, specifically UKG.
- Ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve processes.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends.
- Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.
- Ability to multi-task, think logically and work independently, and as a team player.
- Exceptional planning, time management and project management skills.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Market Range: 8 / 40 hours per week / Hybrid
Salary: $55,300-$86,000
