JOB TITLE: Ticket Operations Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Ticket Operations
REPORTING TO: Manager, Ticket Operations
LOCATION: New York, NY
JOB SUMMARY:
The Coordinator, Ticket Operations assists the Ticket Operations department with all aspects of the day to day operation of the Ticketing Department and works with the to maintain a professional, organized, and customer friendly ticket experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build full season and partial plans, single events, and price codes in Archtics
- Responsible for the fulfillment of NYCFC season, group, and individual ticket requests
- Assist in the implementation and execution of online ticketing promotions
- Generate reports based on promotions, sales, inventory, balance past due etc
- Support Fan Relations and Sales Team with reports and database maintenance
- Research issues concerning customer accounts, ticket printing, and internet and online purchases
- Provide excellent customer service on game days - handle questions and solve problems;
- Build a positive working relationship with Box Office personnel
- Assists with League reporting and comp requests
- Assist in pulling monthly commission reports for ticket reps
- Set up and manage online ticket management through TM Account Manager
- All other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 1-2 years of experience in Ticket Operations;
- Previous experience in Archtics/Host or other ticketing system is a plus;
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications;
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual is a plus;
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
COMPENSATION:
This non-exempt position has an estimated annual base salary range of $45,000 to $47,500. Final compensation offer amounts are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as certifications and software expertise. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.

- Applicant must be able to comply with MLS Next Safety and Well-Being policy and any other applicable child safety policies provided to applicants by NYCFC
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary
- New York City Football Club requires a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment, subject to exception under applicable law
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to work games scheduled which may be at night and on weekends and holidays
