Job Description: Patient Navigator Location: Bronx, NY Hours: Monday-Friday Organization: New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS) Why Join Us? In This Role, You Will: Assist with valet parking duties, including greeting patients and safely parking and retrieving vehicles as needed. Direct patients to the appropriate waiting areas or treatment rooms. Answer questions regarding office policies, procedures, and general inquiries. Support front desk staff with phone calls, appointment reminders, and filing tasks. Assist with patient records and data entry when necessary. We Require: High School diploma with at least 1 year of experience. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience. Must have a valid drivers license.
