What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Landscape & Light Construction Worker position at NYC Tree Pit Services?
We are seeking a part-time, seasonal landscaping worker to help plant street trees and gardens and do light construction work.
- Hours 8:00am – 3:00pm
- 1-2 days per week. Flexible schedule.
- $250 daily rate (W2)
- Must provide your own transportation to job sites in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Bronx
- Landscaping experience is preferred, but not required. We will train you.
- Proof of US work authorization required
- Intermediate English required
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work including manual excavation and heavy lifting
- Must be reliable and on time -- very important!
- Knowledge and safe operation of power tools required
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $250.00 per day
